Not really, but I wish I was. I am sad to see summer go, but at this point OVER IT. Boy NEEDS to go back to school, he's driving me nuts. One week and two days. You know it's bad when I'm counting down.

I got a letter from Southern Connecticut's Library Science dept. I GOT IN! I'm not "IN" in, I still have to get into the school itself. Which I won't until I finish this semester and send a final transcript. I think it's pretty much a formality at this point; I can't imagine the school would deny admission to someone the department thinks is worthy ( Read more... )

I finally got my GRE scores in the mail. The schools I applied to have had them for a week - in fact the Library Science Dept. at Southern called me yesterday to find out where the rest of my stuff was. I was waiting for the scores, but she said they already had them. So the package has been sent and all the Grad School apps are complete, and I can ( Read more... )

It's over.  I won't know the Analytical Writing score for a week or so, but as for the rest.....

Verbal: 620
Quantitative: 580

An even 1200 (out of 1800, just like the SAT's). Both well over the mid-range and I think they'll do for both places I applied.

Now it's all a wait and see.

*Rutgers Grad School application: done. I mean, done insofar as filled out, personal statement and all, and submitted. They will contact my list of people to send letters of recommendation, and I still need to send in my transcripts and take the GRE. Which I registered for yesterday, and cannot take until June 19. That's how I'm feeling lately. I have about 163,492 things to do at work, only half actually have to do with lessons. The other half is ordering supplies, shelving books, planning lessons, and of course planning the Book Fair. That is actually becoming a bit of a time suck, because there's so much to prepare for.
