Rolling Stone's 100 Greatest Guitar Songs of All Time

Not so fast. MCR didn't make Rolling Stone's recently published list of the 100 Greatest Guitar Songs (songs, not solos RS?) of All Time but they did make the "honorable mentions" list. RS posted a "special online bonus" list of the 25 songs that didn't make the cut and on it was MCR's "Welcome To The Black Parade":

Geez, could MCR get mentioned in any sort of article without throwing in the dreaded "E" word? But I think they should have mentioned Venom or Dead, I love the guitars in both of those.

I'm so happy that they are mentioned but I think they could have picked a better song. I never would have picked WTTBP as a strong "guitar song"
