- Those new pictures of JC are quite fascinating. They're pretty cool, but I'm not sure what I think of JC. He just looks so ... waxy. He doesn't look alive. And he looks extremely skinny. But most of all, these photos make him look very, very fey.
Like I said, it's pretty cool, but a little strange.
You said it. This is the way I feel to. Excited that we have new pictures to ogle, but at the same time all the uncertainties arising from the are they, aren't they state the album seems to be in, makes me uncertain as to the direction JC seems to be going next. He doesn't look happy, IMO. Quite different than those pictures we got with the first album, where he seemed to be so adorkable. May be this album is mature JC?

I do think they're going for a very different image for JC this time. I don't think it has anything to do with his own mood. I just think he looks like a wax-doll, he's wearing so much make-up...

And when is the new cd dropping? I thought it should have been out by now.

I *want* to get into J2, but I notice the characterizations are all over the place, so it's hard for me to establish an emotional connection, which to me is very important in my porn :)

I can definitely get into it, since they're so completely adorable with each other and obviously just LOVE spending 16+ hours a day with each other, even when they're not working... *g*

But they fic so far has been rather mediocre, unfortunately. Then again, I haven't read that much yet, so there's still hope.

Obviously there must be someone out there who watches the show or thinks that Rodney is sexy... we would never get anything like that here!

I don't read SPN fics - used to but it just didn't interest me. I found out that SGA was my OTP... hee, I couldn't committ to anyone else. I love watching all kinds of shows and especially the British stuff but I'm not very interested in the shows.

I know a lot of gen writers though - if you're ever interested in SPN gen. And you're right - from what my friends tell me, the characterisation for Dean and Sam is inconsistent.

It's not from a Swedish TV Guide! It's from TV Guide. The US magazine! Heh. Besides, we're on season one on a crappy channel so nobody but us internet geeks care. *g*

I always have a number of fandoms at once, actually. Sometimes I feel I need something new and fresh. Particularly when activity is lower in one - like it is in SGA right now.

And no, I don't read gen. I've tried, but I've found that the point of fanfiction for me is slash... For gen, I'd rather rewatch the eps!

yeah--- I mean, JC is gorgeous, but I just. the poses are all wrong for me. and god yes, he is so incredibly skinny.

and well, there are some fanon characters - Jensen the fucked up has in one way or another been sexually abused kid and Jared the sweet Texas boy who comes in and 'rescues him' is the one I've found the most, I think.

Oh dear. I do recognise quite a lot of the crappy storylines from they popslash heydays... It's weird, though, that the characterisations are so inconsistent. Are people just lazy or are the boys a mystery?

well--- I'm not actually sure. but we don't know *that* much about them, I think. the interviews I've seen, they tend to stick to saying the same things about each other and themselves.
