Here you will find the rules, participants and themes for Round 85!!
Please link directly to your set of icons. This is aimed specifically at those of you that post at multiple 20in20 comms and lump all your submissions into one post. You can either use an lj-cut, or post the set in another post. If anyone would like an explanation on how to do either of the first two, please let me know.
PLEASE try to comment on everyone's entries and leave them positive feedback.

ROUND RULES:
» Icons must be made originally for this challenge, no prior work may be submitted.
» All work must be your own, not someone else's.
» Please make sure all images are PG-13(ish) RATED. Meaning no graphic depictions of violence or either genders 'bits' visible. If you're unsure, just ask. Nothing gratuitous basically. BUT if you're not sure, just ask. :)
» Icons must fit the livejournal standard. under 40kb, 100x100px and in either .png, .gif or .jpg file format.
» Animation is allowed as long as it fits the above standards.
» When posting the finished 20 please leave 3 icon examples, not just a banner and a link to the icon post or lj-cut.
» Post the completed icons at once and link directly to the set.
» The icon post must be unlocked for two reasons. 1. because the mods need to see the entries for voting and 2. So people don't have to join to view your icons.
» Don't submit your icons to this post.
» ALL entries are moderated which means that I have to accept the entry before it's made visible to the public.
» Please use the provided table to post your icons for convenience. (you can of course change the colors)
» When posting your icons to the community, please ensure you put Round: 85 "name of character" as the subject.
» Please add your own tags, and do it using the following format exactly: user: you, character: chosen character
» If you'd like a participation banner, note it in your post. If you do not tell me you want a participation banner, you won't receive one.
» Completed 20 are due September 20th at midnight in your timezone.

*CLOSE AND COOL: Your icon should be closely cropped and make use of cooler coloring.

*FANCY: Icon your character at their fanciest. I know some characters don't really do 'fancy' and that's fine, just icon them as fancy as they tend to get.
*FRAME: Somehow frame your character within your icon. You can use an actual frame texture or borders, it's up to you. If you do use borders, they need to be on at least 2 opposite sides.

(5) CATEGORY: FALL COLOR PALETTE Each icon you make will use the color palette provided. Use all 5 colors separately to make 5 different colored icons that correspond to each color in the palette. Each color should be the dominant color in your icon.
