I love fancy chocolate! Vosges is my favorite these days. I hadn't heard of this one and now I want to try it. You're right; sometimes I love all the ingredients in a bar, but don't like the resulting bar. (The white chocolate one with olives that Vosges does leaps to mind.)
Fancy chocolate is the best. And even the best stuff is still cheap enough that I can afford it.
Vosges! They make the best choc bar I can buy in stores (vs ordering) imho. I keep looking for new and exciting things though, and I will apparently buy any chocolate with nice enough packaging.
And their truffles! The rooster truffle, that's made with taleggio cheese, owns my soul. And they keep telling me how highly perishable it is, as if they can't bear for me to save any.
