I would *love* it if it turns out that Ziva is being used as a pawn between Vance and Eli with regard to whatever Vance's big op is going to be. I really would love to see Vance being instrumental in helping Hadar (I loved Hadar) get whatever intel he needs to oust Eli and take over as head of Mossad. Hadar might well *want* to keep Ziva in the US rather than have a David too close at hand, especially if Vance were keeping her on a short leash for him.
