1. Old school song love: We Didn't Start The Fire -- Billy JoelThis has been one of my favorite songs since I was five, and somehow it never gets old for me. Also, it's a fly-by version of Cold War history! I learned all kinds of cool things from my history-buff dad explaining the lyrics of this song ( Read more... )

skdfnslkjfnssknvlsdv Jensen street?? That takes the cake. You lucky lucky gal.

Grabbed the Billy Joel, because fly-by history is my sorta thing. My entire US History knowledge comes from 1776 and Gone with the Wind. And because Billy is quality. *shrugs*

I do love Jensenstraße. ♥ Speaking of Jensen, him and Jason Manns singing? *dead*

Billy is quality. 'We Didn't Start The Fire' is actually pretty world history-oriented, although now that you mention it, I did listen to it while driving to school a few years ago the morning of my U.S. history exam and considered it studying. Heh. :D

OMG Jensen Street. That. Is. Awesome. Everywhere I don't live has awesome streets -- I've seen a place in Czech Republic (? I think?) That has an Obi-Wan street.

But of course, speaking as a Star Wars fan, it is pretty cool that this one is in my town::

Haha, Hayden Dr. is pretty awesome. Speaking of Star Wars, did you ever read mistful's parody recap of the third movie after it came out? I ran across it again the other day and died of laughter for, like. HOURS.

And yes, I do want that sign. I'll see what I can do. :D

Lol, her LJ name sounds pretty familiar, so I think that I've probably read it yeah. Parodies are the awsomest, hehehe.

And omg, that sign. If they replace it, you have to steal one for me too. ^__^

I sort of stumbled across your LJ accidentally :-p But that is so cool! Where in GErmany are you studying if I may ask? I have to go and try to find out whether we have a Jensenstraße, too :-)

It's cool -- I'm all about stumbling onto random people's LJs. \o/ I'm in Freiburg. So cool to know there are other SPN fans in Germany! I mean, I knew there had to be, I just didn't know where. And yeah, definitely let me know if you find another Jensenstraße. We should collect them or something. :D
