Dude, today's the one year anniversary of when I first posted SPN fic! How crazy! The Placement of Water and Lead was the fic (Sam/Dean, NC-17, 10,969 words) -- post-Heart Evil!Sam yay!

Thanks! Ahaha, uh, it's kind of DEEPLY ANTICLIMACTIC, because it's a fic that theoret haven't touched since LAST OCTOBER, so there wasn't any of the last minute madness of rushing to finish a fic to deadline -- there's just going to be the madness of COMPLETELY REWRITING IT FROM SCRATCH this month. Have you ever read the Mikey verse by bitchandjerk? It's prolly the best spn au I've ever read but aside from that, he is coming up on 1 000 000 words for that story ALONE. It's some crazy shit! And that's not even his only story/verse. He posts like 10 000 words of Mikey verse almost every day. It makes me a VERY HAPPY PANDA.

Ahaha, omg, annkiri had mentioned that at some point, and how it had eaten her brain. I should mention that I get KIND OF TWITCHY whenever I go into anything longer than 40K. I'm sure I've READ much longer (oh HP) but I pretty much have a sweet spot fic range these days: 6K to 40K. I'll read longer if it's someone I REALLY KNOW AND TRUST, but for the most part I tend to shy away.

That is some serious dedication, though, you're right.
