The title says it all, really -- the poppies in my garden are in bloom (with a few more yet to come)! birdgirl_1107 asked me to post some pictures, and here they are -- I really like how they go with my recently updated LJ layout ( Read more... )

Ooh, I'd love to see them, can you post pictures? I've *heard* of wild roses (especially in the Little House books), but never actually seen any.

Aren't they beautiful? They make me smile every morning to look out at them. I just wish they lasted all summer, but I'm grateful to have them while they're here.

Aren't they? As far as I'm concerned you can't take a bad picture of a poppy. :-)
