Today is my 20th birthday. It fills me with great sadness....birthdays have never been my friend. Every year since I was 7 it has reminded me of being one year closer.....since then I have wished on my birthday candles to remain a child forever, in vain, obviously. I wish my body growing older meant something to me

Well, Cat, I know you might be bitter about the way you grew up, but it did make you the person you are today. You're stong, you're amazing. You've learned so much about life and been through so much. Maybe that's why you always get stuck with the role of "mother hen" - but I hope you have fun today, even if it is a bad day as you remember it. You deserve it!
