so i reckon that'd be worth risking $5 on cards and mail in an attempt to get in there.
it's a column from magicthegathering.com called "building on a budget" where the guy builds a mizzet/curiosity combo deck for under $30. he never perfects it or anything but it's got some pretty hot ideas you could try.
