A Pond is Born

I live near a little park, and there's an area that slopes downward, just enough so it fills with water when it rains. Usually, that means it looks like a deep puddle. But a few days ago, it rained really, really hard, and it created a little pond. And the big surprise is that some ducks came to check it out! :)

Ah, that's so true! And there's a beaver pond where some ducks hang out, less than a mile away. :D
