As someone who may have already lost 30k just by existing, I agree. Messy. I hope whatever they do works, or I'll have to work until I drop into the six foot hole.

I haven't been keeping count. I'm at least 20 years from retiring so we've got time for another 2 boom and busts before I have to see how much is left in my pension pot.
Kathy has some bank shares that are now worth 20% of what they were worth last year...
