Stark isn't the friendliest looking man around, nor does he look much like a doctor or orderly. He might be taken for a mental patient, except he's dressed in jeans and a long sleeved shirt and eating a sandwich.

Swallow. Thoughtful frown that does funny things to his facial scars. "Hi there. Uh, don't think you'll have to worry about intake miss."

Something is off with her...

Spotting Stark, she likely takes a step back. "Oh... Are you a patient here?" she says, the words slipping out from sheer nerves. He looks like he could be patient, and not a particularly pleasant one. The thought crosses her mind that this might be one of the more progressive establishments, where the more stable patients are given more ability to come and go.

A few blinks, then Stark shakes his head.

"No miss. I'm not a patient. I live here but ... this isn't a hospital."

This was going to be tough. "Welcome to the Mansion."

She blinks, her blue eyes incredulous. "This isn't... Is it not a hospital, or are they calling it that because it's supposed to feel less institutional? I was supposed to be brought to a hospital: my husband had made the arrangements..."

Either this is a dream, or her mind is playing tricks, making the place seem less threatening.

If Vivien is in the common room later, she'll find Damien, having some tea and reading a medical text book. He is a doctor, and would be glad to help with any of her problems - any problems that he can, anyway.

Hopefully by now, she's found something a bit more comfortable than a coat over her nightie, and she's likely exploring the Mansion, when she spots the young man reading. "Hello... do you own this house?" She's likely still not sure what to make of this place or the denizens thereof.

Damien looks up and stands quickly when he sees her.

"Ah, no, that I don't. Are you well, Miss?" She didn't entirely look it.

"I'm just a little tired and shaken," she says, hiding the worst problems that are plaguing her. "I'm Vivien Harmon," she adds, offering her hand.

Hopefully she finds some clothes before she finds Dean. Not that he's feeling particularly tomcatty lately - or, really, at all tomcatty - and he would actually probably give her one of his shirts, at least, but.

Anyway.

He knows a thing or two about things that go bump in the night, and he's currently sitting on the porch, sprawled on the swing, apparently oblivious to the mild early Winter bite in the air and staring at the forest.

She's likely found herself a coat that she's slipped into as she ventures onto the porch, to get some fresh air, intending to clear her head. She likely comes up alongside him, gazing across the lawn. If he looks up, he's likely to spot a red-blonde MILF, who looks a bit lost.

Oh, he notices. Not with the kind of alacrity he once might have, of course, but old habits and whatnot. He raises one eyebrow, glancing at her sidelong, recognizing the ungrounded air about her.

"Awesome," he says, lightly but not as brazen as he's capable of. "Maybe with two of us staring, something'll happen."

He's joking, but it might be lame. He can't tell.

She looks up at Dean, a little surprised, then she chuckles. "Maybe: it's like a place out in the Berkshires I stayed in one summmer," she says. "I'm Vivien Harmon. You staying here, too?"

Hungry? Because Iggy is. He's in the kitchen where some tasty smells are likely to be wafting out. There's the smell of chicken pot pie being baked and he's working on putting together some strawberry shortcake for afterwards. There's plenty to share...

If the sight of a very tall, very pale young man with wings doesn't put her off her food.

When you're eating for three, as she recently found out from her OB/GYN, you're constantly hungry when you aren't nauseous, and you go looking for something to eat. The smell from the kitchen at once draws her and makes her a little queasy.

But when she enters the kitchen, she steps back a bit, emitting a soft little "Oh?" of surprise. She's seen strange figures of all kinds, but never something like this, and after the horrors like the zombie-like figure at the door, or a scuttling man with a heavily scarred face, this is almost at one in the same time a relief, and too much to bear.

Head tilt. "Sorry?" Iggy turns towards the sound with a slight smile. "Hi? Can I help you?"

Aside from the wings, he looks totally normal, if a bit pale and his eyes are closed. "There's plenty if you're hungry."

"Oh, I'm sorry if I was staring, I just didn't expect...you," she says. Her voice is gentle, mellow, even a bit motherly, but there's a hint of strength and a little smoldering fire, a feisty redhead's voice. "I'm Vivien, I'd smelled your cooking and I followed it to the kitchen."

If Vivien comes into the common room later, she might spot a young boy toddling around and playing on the rug, and his mother sitting on a couch nearby. Lystra's reading, and glancing up from her book every so often to keep an eye on Tyan.

Seeing the little boy toddling around as she enters the common room the following morning, Vivien pauses, watching him. She smiles on him, a bit sadly: the baby boy whom she delivered stillborn would be about the same age if he had lived, but she reminds herself she's expecting twins, more than enough to make up for this loss, even though there's no replacing what was lost.

"Hello there," she murmurs. She might scooch down, getting closer to the little guy's level, smiling and waving at him. Then looking up to Lystra, she adds, "He's beautiful, is he yours?"

Lystra smiles, proud and a bit shy. "He is," she says. "His name's Tyan."

She smiles at the little guy, waving her fingers gently. "Hi there, Tyan," she says. Then looking up to Lystra, she adds, "I'm Vivien. Hope you don't mind: I'm a mom myself."
