Tsuzuki looks up, then sits up to get closer to her level; considering the differences in their heights, he's a little self-conscious. "Hey there, Aramat," he says, pleased to see her (in a slightly nervous way). Glancing to his picnic, he adds, "I'm having a flower-viewing party: they're an annual celebration where I come from, though we usually have them during the end of March or the beginning of April, when the cherry trees start blooming."
"Oh yeah, you, ah, kinda got around," he says, with a nervous chuckles, rubbing his neck a bit, nervously. There might be a mark at the base of his neck, as if he recently removed a collar that was there (and inwardly, he's wishing he hadn't taken it off).
Recovering quite a bit, he says, "So you came back? Sounds like you got a bit muddled on the way back: I'm Asato Tsuzuki; you and I used to work in the gardens a bit, not together, but... we both like flowers." There was that autumn when he offered her comfort, amid the fading blossoms.
Of course Tatsumi is familar with this, usually every April or so the Ministry sets up a small Cherry-Blossom viewing garden party. Sometimes Tatsumi cuts the budget brutally and under a normal office, the party be canceled.
But the employees pitch in to have it anyway, even Tsuzuki and his cut to hell check.
Tsuzuki turns his head, smiling up at Tatsumi. "Hey there, Tatsumi, you're just in time," he says. "I've got an annual tradition of having a flower-viewing party here."
The typist figures everyone has to meet Tsuzuki at least once, so meet the most serious looking young man strolling the garden with the most tense thinking face ever seen.
Tsuzuki might be leafing through his book of poetry, when he glances up to spy the beautiful newcomer. "Hey there, miss," he says. "You look a little lost."
We hope that isn't a typo, because Oscar is going to take this and run. (He like to troll a bit, keeps his disguise game sharp.) So he puts on his 'girl' voice.
Not a typo: our boy is being his innocent, well-meaning, old-fashioned self.
He'll stand, thinking he's in the presence of a lady. "Well then, welcome to the Mansion: I'm Asato Tsuzuki, one of the unofficial gardeners here. And who might you be?"

Noting that wistful look, he asks, "You miss our world? I do too, sometimes."
