During the week, Port Adelaide declared that it would focus on shutting down the small forwards that had been dominating Carlton's scoreboard for much of the year. And it worked.

Just as well for us that we had a few talls ready to step up and take their place.

We have a few good weeks ahead too - hopefully - Hawks, Eagles, Dees in the coming weeks.

That was my thought. At the start of the season we had what most considered a hard start fixture-wise. The following games are supposed to be easier so it can only get better,

... and then I remembered how we performed against Essendon.

As long as they're switched on and don't get complacent, we'll have a great percentage booster. It doesn't seem to be a question of ability as much as it is their mentality, lately.

On the bright side, I'm looking at our first home-and-way win against Hawthorn since knowing Cameron. Even his brother and uncle don't wanna go to the game for fear of getting pumped. Maybe this year it won't be agonisingly painful!

we just need to keep some consistancy going and if we do that we can cement a top-4 finish. We have a good few weeks ahead to keep up a winning streak...we just need to keep it up!
