So Grandma heads into surgery tomorrow for her bypass operation. The doctor is going to take a vein out of one leg and put it in the other. All this is being done in an attempt to get adequate blood flow and more white blood cells to the two spots on her leg that are now affected by gangrene. Haha, I don't think I've done any of those things, but I'll totally agree on dill pickles over bread and butter. Gah! I love pickles. More pickles. Never too many, IMHO.
