My dad flew in to surprise me randomly earlier this week. Non-smoker!
It's officially been two days since I put out my last cigarette and it's been so much easier than I thought it would be. I'm not having any withdrawals, any problems dealing with stress. I just figure that I'm only punishing myself by smoking, and just contributing to a future problem. Australia's recent anti-smoking ad campaign really gave me ( Read more... ) -
Friday Weekly Running Report
Every Friday I'm going to start posting my weekly running mileage. I installed the Buddy Runner app onto my G1 phone so that I can record my distance and time as I train for the military's physical fitness assessment coming up in mid-May. Epic Song
I am so in awe of "Requiem for a Dream" by Clint Mansell.
It's so epic that in addition to getting major cold chills, while I was listening to it at work I had to pause the song, take my headphones off, and stare into space for a second so that I could remember to breathe.
