So after a really bad weekend at the cabin that really doesn't need to be told in detail except that about two hours after we got there I REALLY wanted to go home... I finally do get home to be greeted with larvae.  On the kitchen floor.  Falling from the light in the ceiling.  Yeah, it's really gross.  I can't reach the light to um do anything

Apparently mom says they were in the trash. And she thinks they were maggots, which after seeing a couple, I concur. This means that when we were gone this weekend, along with not running the dishwasher since thursday, dad didn't take the trash out either, he just sorta...left it there...full... yeah. Thanks dad.
