With the sound of the alarms came another sound - a rumbling from the buildings surrounding 42. Suddenly, the lower floors of the nearest buildings opened up, and two giant robots emerged, each one more than twenty feet tall and armed to the figurative teeth. They turned to face the challengers.

Although ready, and poised - he momentarily attempted for Kage Bunshin no Justu. Oh perfect. NOTHING again. "Let do this!" Noticing the robots and headed for one at most - whichever one made the first move is the one he would use as a diversion if possible.

The robot to Naruto's immediate left turned to face him, lifting an arm to aim a low-level energy blast at his chest.

Why the HELL was it that all of his justus always worked at the LAST DAMN MINUTE? Dodging within a nanosecond - Naruto threw in rasengan and went for the robots kneecap - missing horribly.

Looks like he'd need to work on the flash technique some more.

"Hey!" Naruto spazzed, "Where's the teamwork in this team - yeah?!"

Molly ran into the fray, eyes aglow. She'd beaten up the robots at the Avenger's storage facility where they'd been keeping Old Lace before, and a Doombot, and even tried to fight Ultron- but never an actual sentinel- the machines created specifically to take down mutants like her. Throwing a punch at one of the machines, she tried to see if she could put a dent in it.

Tommy shows up by Molly at superspeed and moves her quickly about a meter on the side as the machine hits back at her.

He smiles at her and accelerated the molecules where she dented it slightly, making a reasonable whole in it, but nothing that will stop it just yet.

"Careful, Princess." he smirks.

Molly frowned and shook out her hand. "What the heck are these robots made out of anyway?" she muttered, swinging around to slam her fist into the bot in a spot near the hole made in its side; maybe if they could whittle it down...

"Nothing that we can't take down."

Tommy smiled as Molly shook her hand of pain. At least, she could dent them and as long as the robots didn't self-repair too quickly, they could wore it down eventually.

The robot didn't seem to mind the hits and concentrated vaporizations too much as he directed his arm towards them and sent an energy blast in their direction. Great, energy blast robots.

Tommy dodged easily without stopping to check on Molly. He had been told to take care of her and he was going to do it.
