I got to play a lot of instruments as a child, weird things like French horns and autoharps. But I never took piano lessons. So, I've been trying to teach myself how to play piano this weekend and I'm actually getting somewhere. I can now play the first 8 bars of Battlestar Sonatica!

Holy FRAKK, I envy you. I have a keyboard in the corner of my room and it's collecting dust because I bought it at age 13, and didn't understand 'commitment' :p

My mom has a similar issue what with buying things like this for herself during the summer and forgetting about it when she has to get back to teaching again.

It's going so well I might ask for the sheet music for my birthday. XD

Not to frighten you, but law school apps are up at OUAC. :P

Osgoode says that their application encourages you mention if your "diversity" would add to the legal world. I'm taking that as encouragement to harp on about being gay and a woman.

*hides* I don't even want to think about it right now. I've only got one reference and I'm still frozen on my letter.

So, I take it from your choice of words that you think this is a bad idea?
