Did you know that money spent on space exploration goes toward helping people? For example, NASA has several satelites that monitor climate change and a lot of the NASA spinoff technology goes toward medical reseatch. You might be interested in these links:
I didn't know that, no. I like space, I read up on it when the opportunity presents itself, but I'd definitely consider myself terribly misinformed & ignorant about a lot of it. Space, while insanely interesting, isn't my area of expertise
