They could be used to scarier places.

... maybe. But, you'll see. This place has a way of getting to a lot of people.

All sorts of ways. There are monsters, sometimes, that change into the things you fear most. Sometimes the zombies get really angry and start hurting people ... and some of the people who've come here aren't so kind, as well. I'm not saying it's a bad place, but there's things to be wary of.

I had never met so many kind people at once, I think that'll make up for the bad things.

Err ... about a year and a half.

It's been forever since I stayed in a single place for that long.
