You wrote that under three hours? I'm impressed! It takes that long for me to think of a title!
Although I do not know the Supernatural fandom, I understand the vampire slayer genre. What I really like best about this fic is the flow. You build suspense very well. I was thinking "Shut up, Sherlock, and let John have the ^%$# antidote!" through most of it. And poor John, trying so hard to stay in control. Excellent!

Awesome! I love how Sherlock sees through the Winchesters' not-very-good disguises, and how they keep trying to come up with new names. I also like Dean's interactions with Sherlock show that Dean respects him enough not to treat him with scorn and dismiss his disbelief.

Quick note: "laconic" means "using very few words." I think the word you want to describe Dean's pseudo-X position is something like "nonchalant."
