Thanks. I don't know if anyone's going to see them here though. Feels like a ghost town. :-/

Also, you might want to blow up the font, as it is quite small.

If you go to the address bar and add ?format=light to the end of any lj url (after the .html) it will bypass the page's set formatting and make it plain black text on a white background. I have to do this whenever there's moving gifs in the sidebar, or the text is teeny, or the italics are a different colour than the rest of the text, all of which kills my head and eyes.

Sam Storyteller is the same person who wrote the Torchwood/LOLCats crossover. He's written a lot of stuff for Torchwood too.

Great reccs as usual. :) I've read a couple (that near death one was BRILLIANT) and I HAD already read a couple. And, I DO watch White Collar and that fic was FANTASTIC and PERFECT. Thanks for that one. I don't really follow anyone on DW but that author is particularly good aren't they?

The fic gets posted to DW, but there's an LJ id for sam_storyteller too, where fic is announced. Very prolific, a lot of Torchwood and Doctor Who, more recently White Collar and Sherlock. I'd friended the ID for the Doctor Who and Torchwood stuff and was quite ecstatic when Sherlock started showing up.

I'm still grinning like a madwoman because one of my own fics is on that list, but yeah. Thankyou so much for posting this. The tentacle fic was hilarious and broke my brain into tiny pieces, and I'm mem'ing this list to come back to when I have time to read the rest.

Yours is a very cool story, and probably the first crossover 'Year that never was' fic I've read. I whimpered at one point (guess where) and forcibly reminded myself 'year that never was'. :-)
