I set up my DSL today. I think it's actually faster than my cable was, which isn't that surprising since I had the slow cable and there were probably a lot of people in the neighborhood using it ( Read more... )

WHEEE! I spent an hour and 1/2 on the phone with Charter tonight to dispute overcharges. The first four guys I dealt with were nice (if not particularly helpful) - the last guy I talked with was a dick.

I too will be cancelling Charter as soon as (or unfortunately, probably sooner than) I get the frickin' $50 they owe me back.
