LTTO: Tag in the Park

The following are tenative plans for our first Lazer Tag evening.

When: Sunday, July 20th // evening (probably assembling about 5:30pm, leaving park by 8:30pm)
** Exact times to be announced.
** Weather dependant

Where: Signal Hill Park, Manasas City (Can't figure out how to imbed the google map - someone with good LJ-fu able to help

What size batteries? AAA, AA, C, D, 9V?

Each tagger takes 6 AA batteries.

Note:

All the taggers are preloaded, and I have backups.

What I do not know is how long a single charge lasts, or when the current supplies will run out.

If you use the Duracell, Energizer, Kirkland, Radio-Shack brands the batteries will last a good 8 hours. The taggers work best with these brands.

That's good information.

This session lasted about 4 hours, but not of continuous use, and not all taggers were in use.

Is there any indication of power other than the unit crapping out?
