It's someone else's dialogue! LOL! Of course, it helps so much when that eases the reader into seeing that wonderfully acted scene as they read my interpretation.

Oh you reeled me in good on this one. I really thought this was going to be 'the Chapter' and then Lee comes and fraks it up. I love how you are making Lee such an asshole in this story and in the Adams Verse. Makes me laugh. Even though their argument and anger is killing me, these types of emotional interactions is what made the A/R story so compelling on BSG. Even though I love the romantic chapters, this really brings depth to this story. Good job.

I love how everyone blames Lee! Not Kara and her boyfriend killing!

Even though their argument and anger is killing me, these types of emotional interactions is what made the A/R story so compelling on BSG.

ITA! I mean, the dullest couple on BSG is Helo/Sharon and they never have any conflict! I mean, other than the Cylon thing and they clear that up pretty fast.

Even though I love the romantic chapters, this really brings depth to this story.

I hope so! I want to see the characters grow and evolve myself, but just need to do it convincingly. *fret*

Boy, now there's some pressure to get my ass in gear writing! Trust me, though, I want them to make up as soon as possible too. My mother was an L&D nurse for 25+ years, and she had standards for birthing mothers. Women reading smut on a smartphone between contractions probably would have gotten her nostrils flaring.

The Kara/Bill scene was a painful as it was on screen.

One of the reasons I love using canon dialogue and scenes is that you usually come to appreciate the writers and actors and the work they do. (Other than the poor grammar Laura uses. Teacher? Really?)

When she returns to his house to check on him. Hint, hint.

Subtle. Lots of suggestions coming in here!

If he didn't love her, he wouldn't have said half those things.

Yes, there's that comfort level for him. It's hard to guess what Laura's family dynamic was, but we know Bill's used to blustering and fussing and over-emoting. It's easy but I like to think Laura's accustomed to a much more staid family.

And, dammit Laura, you are his lover already!

Ah, but she is being like the teen age girl saying she can have oral sex and she's still a virgin. HEH.

And for her to not burn the bible. Oh, that's a great idea! :D As is the book ( ... )
