My feet both roll to the outside, so I walk on the outside side of my feet, the right worse than the left. It's not much of aproblem bc I don't walk a ton, but on the days when I do I go to bed with the sides of my feet hurting.
Summer is finally winding down. Sis and I are gonna cap it off on Labor Day by going to the small city zoo near her work to see new red panda cubs!
Foot is doing way better after the taping. Seriously better. Very little pain now, and it takes longer to start bugging me.
At the appointment last week, the darned imaging center gave me the wrong films. They gave me the ultrasounds, rather than the Xrays! Bah. So he just wrapped it up again, and I go back this Thursday again with the Xrays.
The wrap got a bit wet Saturday, and I called the podiatrist's office and left a message. The woman who called me back said that so long as it only got a little wet, it's okay. So long as it's not sopping and falling off.
