Yesterday was the start of a new computing era for me. For the first time since 1997, I own a Mac of my very own. Way back in the olden days known as the mid-90s, I had a PowerBook 520c. Life on Mars is more than just the title of a cool David Bowie song; it's an excellent BBC series that just wrapped up running on BBC America. I loved that show and am bummed that we can't get it in on a Region 1 DVD.
