Freaked out and thought Laura had OD'd and died in the beginning. That would have been... yea.

She lived though!

Elosha working at a rehab place? Brilliant.

Sad to see this end.. glad you finished the project though. Yay for new house for you, too :)

Oh no I'm all about the fluffy fic with a little bit of angst! I don't know would I ever go as far as actually killing Laura....my hands wouldn't allow the words to be typed! haha

I'm glad I finished this too! I hate starting something and leaving it unresolved *looks at all my unresolved fics* One down!

So glad you enjoyed this! :)

“That’s okay,” he whispered. Moving his lips to her ear he breathed, “I’ll make you scream it later.”

Perfect ending!

Oh I'm glad you liked the ending! Actually when I started writing this, I had the main story plotted out in my head but I had the ending firmly set, this was the first thing I wrote. I wrote this line and then the ending part and then went back to the start to fill in the rest of the details. Backwards writing works for me apparently!

Oh, my...I have something in my eye...this was worth the wait. Her refusal to see Bill was so
hard, but so right for her and her situation.

The hospital staff seemed so compassionate and it really brought home that the distance was Laura's decision. I love how Elosha shows her empathy but doesn't cut her any slack, either.

This feels very real and honest, and that makes the wonderful ending that much sweeter. Thanks for this saga--well-done, and such a different take on their story :-)

Oh Laura, so perfect and so flawed at the same time. One of my favourite parts of the A/R canon relationship was the breaking down of Laura's barriers so I guess this was my interpretation of that...I'm glad you liked that!

I'm so happy you enjoyed this AU!

You finished it!!! Thank you! :D
This was such a well-written, lovely story. A nicely fleshed-out AU with a healthy dose of conflict and angst, resolved so beautifully here. I really loved it. And I'm glad to hear you're finally settled! :)

Yay for new houses and finishing fic!

You had me going there in the beginning. Thought you's killed our girl with no notice!!!

I think her refusal to see Bill was sad, and sadly in character, but Bill and his persistence win the day ultimately. And of course you gave us a Hub moment and the promise of happy time secksing.

Thanks for finishing!

I'd never kill her! My little shippy heart couldn't take the heart-break of typing the words!

I can't resist the opportunity to slip in a hub moment...it's too precious not to!

Thank you for reviewing!
