News from David the dog breeder. He had a litter of puppies about 3 weeks ago and a litter last week. He left me a message saying that I could have the only chocolate female in the litter from 3 weeks ago. I need to call him and find out how soon I can pick her up after graduation. My poem "A Day at Work" (see post from a few weeks ago) is being published in Villanova's literary magazine, Arthology. They select poems, short stories, photographs, drawings, etc. that students submit. I'm not sure how competitive it is to get published, but I don't imagine that they can put in every submission. Game two of intramural soccer ended in a 15-1 defeat over "Just for Kicks." A clever name, but sadly a rather inexperienced team of freshmen. Last week we lost 9-2 to a team that was at our skill level, but we didn't have enough players to field a full team. At Easter, I love going to an Augustinian university. We don't have school after class on Wednesday until next Tuesday because of Easter. I'm actually skipping class on Wednesday for a doctor's appointment and driving to BU today after class. Get to spend a little time with Jason before heading home. This weekend is being quickly consumed by a poetry workshop that I enrolled in to earn 1 credit. Yesterday we had class 5-9pm and today from 9-5. Tomorrow we meet from 11-2.
