Do characters need new journals when joining? As in, if I play a character somewhere else and don't want to bother making another journal for them, can I just use the same journal for both this game and the other one?

Several of our characters recycle journals for multiple RPs, it isn't a problem as long as you can keep track of them!

Since I assume you're asking in regards to Scout, they're allowed to show up with whatever they happen to have on them, or equipment like his bat or his delicious Sandvich and everything else.

There isn't a set limit, but you should use your common sense; they can bring some weapons they'd have in canon, but they can't have a whole arsenal available, or everything would get destroyed. Weapons definitely aren't banned, though.

I saw that there was an OC, and given the place on the list, I assumed that this was an Original Character, not someone from, for instance, the show "The OC".

Since there is only one, I was curious if there is some special policy towards Original Characters that I didn't see somewhere because I'm blinded by my love for Prince an idiot, or if OCs are allowed here at Brofist.

Characters are paid after each show. The amount varies based on how awesome you were. People who hid in the corner or did absolutely nothing entertaining are paid minimally.
