I really want to be sitting at the gates to whatever underworld/afterlife exists when Phelps dies. I imagine it would be a very amusing day.

Renee and I were in the park last night drinking wine (I LOVE BEING DONE WITH GRAD. SCHOOL!!!!) and talking about our days and the following conversation ensued:

Me: So...Jerry Falwell died today. How 'bout that?
Renee: Yeah. When I heard it I had a moment of silence...because no one will ever hate us like he did!
