Harry Potter Feast

I know a few people were interested in the Harry Potter feast I went to earlier this week, and someone at Alamo Drafthouse finally did what I've been wishing they'd do for ages... take pictures of the food! Thanks! If he's got long feet and likes a tall cuff, it might need more yardage than the pattern calls for. I was trying to match the color of Watson's sweater, and ended up using yarn that I got as mill ends. So I did a really rough grams-to-yards conversion and guesstimated the yardage requirement, and it may not be terribly accurate.

Good luck with the house repairs. I had to get a downstairs lavatory fitting replaced last year and it was an epic saga. Hope all goes well for you.

And bless their hearts for being grown-up and moderately successful-at-life, unlike some other bands I can think of. Yes, entire-rest-of-bandom, I mean you.

Agree with you about DH1. I thought the bits with the house elves were great. They had justice done to them in that movie, whereas some of the other characters, not so much.
