Way too much stress for one night

I got in a very minor accident in a parking lot last night. I was driving down the aisle leaving the lot when another car backed out of a stall into the side of my car. No one was hurt. The other guy's car had some scratches and scraps on his back bumper and I have a dent in the side of my car. We didn't call the police because it wasn't a huge

Gah, that sucks. A friend at my work had her car hit while it was parked in a mall parking lot. She wasn't there to witness what happened, but fortunately some bystander was and he jotted down the car's license plate since they didn't leave a note or anything. Fortunately, her insurance company was able to look up their license plate, get their contact info, and harass them into paying.

That totally sucks. She's lucky that someone was there to help her out. Hit and runs are shitty.

Sometimes it's really hard to see the people behind you when you're backing out :/ At least it is where I live, because my car is facing downhill.

Was this guy a guido? Most guidos drive Audis. And software engineers.

Yeah, it is really hard to see. The thing is, he hit me in the side, which means all he had to do was look out his rear view window and he'd have seen me. And if he was really driving as slow as he claimed to be, if he'd have hit his brakes as soon as he saw me, he wouldn't have hit me.

Not sure what a guido is, but I think he was an engineering grad student.
