I think that folks would see Leo looking for his daughter because people are just looking for something to do and see and the move is action and adventure. Years ago the made movies about people looking for their women folk. The Seekers is one. There was another cowboy one where they needed to prove if a darker skinned/haired woman was white or not as the Indians who had girl child taken from them came looking for her (the cowboys wanted the old ladies to look at the woman naked to see if she had tan lines

Hateful Eight is a Tarantino movie. I generally don't enjoy his work (or don't even bother to see it, because the trailers don't interest me at all.)

David Edelstein over on CBS has a review about "two of the most hellishly violent films you'll ever see: "The Revenant" and "The Hateful Eight."" So yeah, that's a big NOPE on both of those movies.

The review about the violence will keep me away. Dont need it. Maybe someone else will use the neat cameras in the future.
