Is there some school that they go to to learn how to rock out to music while twirling and flipping those big cardboard signs? It doesn't matter if it's a teenage boy, older homeless-looking white woman, or middle aged fat dude, they always seem to be full of this boundless, behind-the-back, twirling, sign-flipping energy
