I love the transformation within the story of the bird to a young man, and the transformation again of the dream to reality. :)

Usually my fairytales stick to that genre but this time I always intended the transformation from dream to reality. It fit. :)

This is beautiful! Just enough magic and whimsy to make it fun. Love the dream ending.

He’d learned quickly that Bruce liked to control things, but Dick knew how to get around that. How true!
