I had no idea you listen to Marylin Manson. I pretty much listen to everything except bad rap and most country, but Manson is one of those things that people usually make fun of me for listening too :-P
That really sucks about the job thing :( Have you tried talking to HR about it? That way you don't even have to confront them and you can make others do the dirty work for you.
