...that I am more sad about the end of Supernatural announcement than I am about the fact that my divorce was finalized 2 days ago?

Fortunately one of my friends could explain: "You were ready for one and not the other."

That you're human and you had, I'm presuming, ample lead-time for the divorce (hope it was amicable) whereas you didn't for something else that has been a part of your life for a long chunk of time. :)

I totally get how Supernatural ending would be more shocking. But we do have a whole year to savor, and of course, fandom will NEVER end. ＊squishes you hard＊

You're not alone. And even though I had a feeling 15 might be the last, I was not prepared for this today! I was at my desk, and a co-worker, who ought to have been working herself and not sending devastating messages through Facebook, sent me one of the articles with a "Have you seen this?" note. I seriously wanted to cry, and did in fact tear up off and on all afternoon.

Shot through the heart, right? But I am glad that they are going out on their own terms.

Yes, hearing about it while at work was the WORST and trying not to tear up in an office full of people!

But 15 years is a nicely impressive round number and they have time to give us an awesome ending, right?
