1. Hell, who isn't glad Lois is back? 2. Not a big fan of the angst, either. I don't like seeing either of them in the position they were in that last scene of the episode. 4. Couldn't agree more! Where the hell is Jimmy!? 5. I would think that by this point the RBB would be a somewhat noticeable figure in Metropolis..not sure about elsewhere, though. 6. YAY for a Martha mention! That makes for one mention this entire season, right? 7. Just loved the whole Clark/Lois 'reveal' scene. Lois's reaction couldn't have been better. 8. I am glad I wasn't the only one lost in translation with this one scene..not really with Lois, but with Clark! 9. Clark is an idiot..plain and simple. I have to admit though it makes for a convenient plot device for the rest of the season! 10. So I wasn't the only one to notice this?
Bad dialog? No, I think Lois was trying to indicate her feelings for Clark in an extremely roundabout way (i.e., without actually giving him any clear hint how she feels) and failing miserably in making any sense at all.
And why does Clark not telling her his secret make her 'special'?
... because he thinks people who know his secret are basically doomed to have all kinds of nasty things happen to them, and he doesn't want that for Lois? *shrug* I never said Clark made any sense.
but wow, has he got more boring in the interim or something? For real! To me, he's been in a holding pattern character wise with only brief bursts of interest. I think the last one was when Faora told him who/what he actually is.
But I'm really tired of him sniffing around Chloe and bemoaning all his problems to her. If he's worried what his beastie side is going to do he should pull a Hulk and leave the city and go out to the middle of nowhere.
I hated the Clois this week with the wee exception of the desk scene. She was so WHINY and OBVIOUS about her Clarklove and woe is me bullshit. So not the Lois I enjoy.
And Clark never grows or learns does he? Keeping your secret from her does not make her special nor keep her safe, you big lunkhead! And you could've taken a second to listen before pulling on that ring.
Davis is my favorite part so I'm glad he was back, even if it was just to pine/angst over Chloe (and you know, kill people). At least he did it quietly and was not all "YOU WILL NEVER LOVE ME, I KNOW IT, I COULD JUST SPROUT INTO SPIKY SKIN RIGHT HERE AND YOU WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE! WAH"
Poor Jimmy. I don't even care about him and I care more than Chloe.
Not the Lois I enjoy either. I hope this was the end of it.
was not all "YOU WILL NEVER LOVE ME, I KNOW IT, I COULD JUST SPROUT INTO SPIKY SKIN RIGHT HERE AND YOU WOULDN'T EVEN NOTICE! WAH" *rotfl* That is so DAVIS! *lol* *pats the troubled spiky one*
I don't even care about him and I care more than Chloe. Tru dat.
