I thought Vanessa did a great job as Katherine....she really seemed to understand the character...

I personally thought the show was awesome...it's a shame that it got cancelled and I think NBC should bring it back....

I still haven't watched the last episode (will probably do that tomorrow), but I watched the first three. I was disappointed by the complete lack of David McNorris in the first one. The second (about the hostage situation in the mall) was one of the best of the entire series, in my opinion. And the third was kind of boring and felt more like CSI ( Read more... )

The complete first season of Boomtown is on dvd in the UK. Here's a linkUnfortunately, they are region 2 dvds, so that means most US dvd players won't be able to play them. NBC cracks me up sometimes.

I just saw a commercial for tonight's episode, still upcoming here on the West Coast. "An all-new episode of television's most critically-acclaimed show..." THAT WAS CANCELLED. Why is NBC tooting the show's horn like that? It just makes them look stupid for cancelling it in the first place. But I wonder if it will work.

oh man, it was amazing! that show is soooo good. i've missed it so much!!!!
and there's ANOTHER ONE coming on TOMORROW NIGHT! at 10!!! maybe they're giving it another chance.....who knows.....
is it just me, or is the opening sequence for this show the best ever? i love the music and the images.
