Everything is going to Hell on Neopets right now. I should probably take a Neo hiatus but ... Neopets. ;_;

I think it levels up your pet... I can't remember if it leveled up intelligence or if it made him/her happier but that's the main point :P (I have neopets but I haven't log on in years T-T)

I was trying to get my neopet to read all kinds of books... but ugh, there are sooo many I need to read and not enough NP in my bank account! I have 2687 left to read :( at a cost of a whopping 126,376,369 NP
