Good God. The idea that anyone in the Republican party could defend a song calling someone a "Magic Negro" . . .

And they wonder why the party is going down in flames. Loyalty is an admirable quality, but at some point, a mature adult needs to have the balls to say "What you did there was wrong, and however I might agree with you politically, I won't support you in this."

Well, since this is purely an internal debate, I see it as probably "Anti-PC backlash" regardless of it being reprehensible.
