Due to either a computer error(or a far more likely pebkac issue) I've ended up with a flight back home for tomorrow night instead of tonight like I originally planned. I enjoyed Portrait of Ruin, but that was my first Castlevania game. Most of my friends didn't like the separation of maps. They wanted the one huge map that you could explore.

It's been ok so far. Not a big fan of the dual character system, but I suppose it's a somewhat different and interesting mechanic. I finished Dawn of Sorrow earlier while bored on the cruise, which was a bit more traditional. Still all castlevania games pale in comparison to Symphony of the Night.
