Tattoo artists in Las Vegas

I know there are hundreds upon hundreds of tattoo artists on the Las Vegas strip but I was wondering if anyone had an idea as to which ones are reputable.  I am looking to get a tattoo while I'm down there for New Years.  (I am aware of it not being a good idea to get tattoos while travelling but I am there often so touch-ups won't be a problem)

I bookmarked this shop a while ago because of an old school style, black and gray portrait on of the artists did. It's not on the Strip, but downtown, a short taxi ride away.
