It's just terrible, and the kicker is that it is a failure across a variety of providers, each made up of a team of dozens, no doubt. The stupid is geometric.

Where I live, the public transit paying is still human-based, thank goodness. I can't even imagine what this would be like!! I can completely understand why a simple transaction that takes a few seconds now takes minutes of time.
