Took my IPPT on thursday, the 2nd day of my ICT. Shuttle run and SBJ is still my killer , I still prefer taking it in Bedok FCC.

Though I didn't pass my running I was still able to run below 13mins, to be exact, 12Mins 50Secs. Boo! Boo! Boo! yah.. is not a very fascinating result, but taking into consideration that I have not been running for 3mths

haa haa ya lor, Nsmen doing guard duty! hmpt! old soliders clocking 7hrs a day while Nsf clock 4 hrs..as if this is our primary vocation sia. . . . just after my duty and some chatting with my officer. . . can't sleep :(
