Things I've Done Today
  1. Gardening, but only on the back deck here. Still, my fingernails have embedded soil underneath them. I repotted a plant I love. I wish I knew what it was called. And I just discovered that the Moors were who we now call Muslims.

I bet you already knew. Remember Othello? The full title of Shakespeare's play is Othello, the Moor of Venice.

You know, as I wrote it, I had a feeling I might've but I'm just not sure.

Remember Othello?
Well, I understand why the little discs you flip in the game Othello are black and white now, but I'm afraid Othello is one of many of Shakespeare's play, apart from Romeo and Juliet, A Midsummer Night's Dream, and one or two others, that I never studied at school. Or read on my own. And there are a few I should. I must. I know I want to. I even happen to know one of Australia's top Shakespearean academics. She has an analytical mind of the highest order. I should plunder it!

Ahhh. I thought it was Othello, the Moop of Venice.
